昨晚科威特和老挝比赛为什么没开始？

因为已经取消了。

据FIFA消息，世界杯亚洲预选赛中，科威特vs老挝的比赛因故被取消。由于16046期已于3月20日20点开售，赛程已无法调整。而本场比赛在14场序列内，受此影响，16046期将由14场变13场，而任九变任八。

详情：去年10月，科威特因干涉足协内政，而受到国际足联停赛处罚。尽管科威特足协奋力游说，希望能够及时解禁，一方面恢复国际足球交流，另一方面希望能够赶上2016年3月下旬的2场世界杯预选赛小组赛。但经FIFA3月14日消息确认，科威特仍未解禁。

由于禁赛，去年11月17日科威特vs缅甸的比赛，被国际足联直接宣判为0比3负，缅甸队不战而胜，并且拿到3个净胜球。按此推算，科威特最后两轮小组赛也都将按0-3告负计算。
